About Me

Kyrone Watson

Kyrone Watson is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer recognised through the Registry of Exercise Professionals (REPs). In addition to this he holds a Level 3 qualification in Exercise Referral (covering conditions such as obesity, arthritis, hypertension and more..) as well as a Level 4 qualification specialising in Physical Activity and Lifestyle Strategies for Managing Low Back Pain.

Credentials

Kyrone also has a wide variety of sporting credentials both as athlete and coach including holding a Black Belt in Bushido Ju-Jitsu and holding Level 1&2 qualifications in Badminton and Community leadership awards. Through his experiences and qualifications Kyrone strives to help out as wide a range of people as possible from athletes to looking to improve their performance in any given sport to clients with more specialised needs where extra time and dedication will be necessary to improve their health and quality of life.

Personal goals

Apart from offering a wide variety of services Kyrone also competes in a variety of sports himself and is currently focusing his own training and time upon improving in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and progressing in this field.

I joined strength factory a few weeks ago; great gym. Disclaimer that Kyrone is a good friend of mine, but over the past few weeks, I’ve seen him training people with disabilities, which really had an effect on me emotionally, even though I know he trains these people. One was a woman with a prosthetic arm, and another was a blind man. Seeing him literally guide these people through the gym and put them through their paces is nothing short of inspiring. A great tribute to humanity at its finest! Much respect!
